Q: Does the price include delivery and setup?
A: Most of our rental equipment includes delivery and setup within our standard service area (Airdrie and surrounding communities). Additional fees may apply for certain items or locations outside this range. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
Q: Do you travel outside Airdrie?
A: Yes! We serve Calgary and surrounding areas, as well as select locations across Alberta. Travel beyond our standard service area may include an additional fee—please contact us for a custom quote
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to your event.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-transfers.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details. Deposits are non-refundable.
Q: Does the rental time include setup?
A: No—setup is completed before your scheduled rental time, so you can enjoy the full duration of your event.
Q: When do you set up?
A: We typically arrive 1–3 hours before your event. On busy days, setup may occur earlier. We will confirm all details with you prior to your event.
Q: On what surfaces do you set up?
A: Grass, asphalt, and concrete are suitable. We cannot set up on rocky or unsafe surfaces.
Q: Am I responsible for damages?
A: You are not responsible for normal wear and tear. However, damage due to misuse or negligence may result in additional charges.
Food Trailer Services
Q: What does your food trailer offer?
A: Our food trailer serves freshly made treats, including cotton candy, snow cones, mini pancakes, croffles, waffle wands, popcorn, and drinks—perfect for guests of all ages.
Q: What do you need to operate the food trailer?
A: We require adequate space for setup and safe access to the event site. Power may be required depending on the event setup (we can discuss options during booking).
Q: Are you health and safety approved?
A: Yes, we operate in compliance with Alberta Health Services (AHS) guidelines to ensure safe food preparation and service.
Service Area
Celebration Station Event Rentals proudly serves Airdrie, Calgary, and surrounding communities, including Okotoks, Cochrane, Crossfield, and Carstairs. We also travel to select locations across Alberta, such as Banff, Canmore, Red Deer, and Lethbridge.
