Q: Does the price include setup and delivery?

A: Most of our equipment will come with free delivery and setup within our service area, which includes Airdrie and some surrounding areas, within a 50 km radius from Airdrie, Alberta. Certain equipment may incur additional fees for delivery and setup. Additional charges may apply for locations farther away. Please note that prices do not include sales tax.
Q: Do you deliver to other cities?

A: Yes, we do. Please contact us for a current quote.
Q: Does the standard 6-hour rental time include setup time?
​
A: No, it does not. We arrive early to set up so you can enjoy the full rental time for your event. If you need additional time, you can arrange it during the checkout process.
Q: When do you set up?

A: Our setup time depends on our rental schedule for the day. Typically, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. In some cases, especially on busy days, setup may occur as early as 4 hours in advance. We'll contact you the day before your event to confirm setup arrangements
Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and e-transfers. Check payments are not accepted.
Q: What if we need to cancel?

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes, all orders require a minimum deposit of 50%. Review our cancellation policy for terms and conditions.
Q: On what surfaces do you set up?

A: We can set up on grass, asphalt, and concrete. However, we cannot set up on rocky surfaces, as they may damage equipment.
Q: Are we responsible for damages to the unit?
​
A: You are not responsible for normal wear and tear. Please alert us if any damage occurs during normal use. However, you are responsible for damages resulting from failure to follow safety rules or negligence. Please adhere to our safety guidelines to prevent such situations.

We extend our services to neighbouring towns and cities such as Calgary, Okotoks, Crossfield, Carstairs and Cochrane. Moreover, Celebration Station Event Rentals caters to various cities and communities across Alberta, including Banff, Canmore, Red Deer, Medicine Hat, Lake Louise, Lethbridge, and Drumheller, Free delivery for rental equipment within a 20 km radius of the T4A 0S1 area code.
For deliveries beyond 20 km, a charge of $0.70 per kilometre applies.
