Cart Services Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions: Welcome to Celebration Station Event Rentals! also known as Celebration Station. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile cart services (“Services”) provided by Celebration Station (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our Services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Services Provided: Celebration Station offers mobile cart services, including but not limited to food and beverage carts, party supplies, and event-specific products. Detailed descriptions of our Services can be found on our website.

Booking and Payment:
- Booking: To secure our Services, clients must complete a booking form and provide necessary event details. Bookings are subject to availability.

- Payment: A non-refundable deposit (50% of the total cost) is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one (1) day before the event date. Payments can be made via cash, debit cards, credit cards, and e-transfers (info@cseventrentals.ca).

- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices for Services. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Once the booking is confirmed, a Pay Link will be emailed to the customer. Customers can use the link to securely pay the deposit or the full payment online.

Cancellation Policy:
- Client Cancellation: Clients may cancel their booking by providing written notice.
- Cancellations made the day of the event are non-refundable.

- Celebration Station Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel Services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of any payments made will be provided.
​
Travel: For Travel beyond 20 km, a charge of $0.70 per kilometre applies. Please get in touch for a detailed quote for locations further than 20 km.
Responsibilities:
- Client Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate event details, including location, date, time, and any specific requirements.
- Ensure access to the event site is available for setup and operation of the mobile cart.
- Comply with all local regulations and obtain necessary permits, if applicable.
- Celebration Station Responsibilities:
- Deliver and set up the mobile cart as per the agreed schedule.
- Provide trained staff to operate the Services.
- Ensure the quality and safety of all products and services offered.
Liability:
- Limitation of Liability: Celebration Station is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability does not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the Services.
- Insurance: We carry liability insurance to cover any potential damages during the provision of our Services. Clients are encouraged to obtain their own event insurance as needed.
Health and Safety: Celebration Station adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations. Clients must inform us of any specific health and safety requirements related to their event.
Amendments: Celebration Station reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
