Food Trailer Services Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions: Welcome to Celebration Station Event Rentals (“Celebration Station”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern all food trailer services provided by Celebration Station. By booking our food trailer services, you agree to these Terms in full.
Services Provided: Celebration Station offers a fully equipped food trailer providing freshly prepared food and beverages, including dessert items and drinks suitable for a wide range of events. All services are delivered on-site by our trained team
Booking and Payment:

Booking: All bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due one (1) day before the event.

Payment Methods: Cash, debit, credit card, and e-transfer (info@cseventrentals.ca).

Pricing: Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
- Booking: A secure payment link will be provided upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:

Client Cancellations: Must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.

Same-Day Cancellations: Non-refundable.

Company Cancellations: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, mechanical issues, safety concerns), we reserve the right to cancel services. A full refund will be issued.
Travel Fees:
Additional travel is charged at $0.70/km. Custom quotes are available for extended distances.
Site Requirements
To ensure safe and efficient operation, the client agrees to provide:

Adequate space for trailer setup and service

Safe and accessible entry/exit for the trailer

A suitable operating area that complies with local regulations

Power access if required (unless otherwise arranged)
Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate event details (location, timing, access, and requirements)

Ensure site readiness at the agreed setup time

Obtain any necessary permits or approvals, if required by the venue or municipality
Service & Operations

Service times must be confirmed in advance

Delays caused by site access or event coordination may impact service timing

Menu items may vary based on availability and operational needs
Food Safety & Compliance
Celebration Station operates in accordance with all Alberta Health Services (AHS) regulations.
All food is prepared fresh on-site in a safe, sanitary environment.
Only Celebration Station staff are permitted inside the food trailer at all times.
Liability:

Celebration Station is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from circumstances beyond our control.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

We carry liability insurance; clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance if needed.
Health and Safety: We adhere to all applicable health and safety standards. The area surrounding the trailer must remain clear to ensure safe operation
Amendments: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
